Registration page

The online conference registration system became available in 2008 and was used successfully in 2009. (WW intends to use this system for years to come.) During registration, the attendee-to-be fills out personal information and makes selections for optional events. S/he also may choose from the list of available consults, up to 14 meetings can be selected. Each selection is processed by the system to ensure that all the meetings can be scheduled on the attendee's schedule and all the selected consultants' schedules. The process is an iterative one - ensuring all options are considered - and is an optimized one - providing the best (and often fastest) scheduling fit on the first attempt. It is rather amazing, really.
